| Acoustic Pick-up installation: Labor price is determined by the particular system you select. There are a fair number of good quality systems and I'm happy to put in what you prefer. I have been installing and prefering LR Baggs for many years but I'm always open to trying and listening to products that might more accurately amplify the subtle nuances of acoustic instruments | $65-150 |
| Restring: I remove the strings, clean the fingerboard and frets, oil the board and replace the strings. I stretch and tune numerous times so you can play immediately without ongoing tuning issues. | $15 |
| Set Up: The goal is to optimize the playability of your instrument by adjusting several variables. Generally speaking it means setting the string height to match your particular playing style and string guage preference. Truss Rod adjustment is important and I insure that the string height at the nut is correct which is probably the most common/unseen factor causing difficulty in the playability of instruments that otherwise look like they should play fine. This is also a very common problem on guitars right off the wall from the warehouses that sell them. |

| Fret Level and Dress: Instead of having your guitar refreted, you may be able to have the frets leveled and dressed. Generally speaking if you have grooves in your frets less than a third of the way through the fret, we can level, recrown and dress the frets. It restores a 'like new' feeling to the frets with the instrument playing more cleanly with better intonation. | $90-$150 |
| Fret Job: May require the planing, leveling, re-radiusing fingerboard after removal of frets. | $195-250 | |||
| Broken Headstock: People panic when this happens but even the most "knaaarrlly" of breaks is repairable. | $35-$150 |
| Acoustic Bridge Removal/Replacement: This price presumes a stock bridge replacement without having to fabricate a new one. | $75 |
| Acoustic Bridge Fabrication: For guitars that require a handmade bridge I start from scratch with a wood blank. | $150-$250
| Crack Repair: Estimate depends on many factors so can't give a ball park guess without seeing the instrument. | ||||
| Intonated Saddle: Range of price reflects different approach. We can talk about it if you call. | ||||
| Bone Nut: A nice upgrade for tone, sustain, and durability compared to alot of cheap plastics. There are other synthetics that are more consistent and have proven to be good or even better alternatives. | 6 stg. $45 |
